FAQs

How long will my embroidery order take? TOP
Each item is monogrammed just for you and this process takes time. Most order are shipped within 2 weeks. We will complete your order as soon as possible, but please remember that May, June and December are our busiest months!

Can I choose Overnight or 2 Day delivery to get my order quicker? TOP
Yes, you may choose expedited delivery service, at an extra cost to you. See the pull down menu for Shipping Options when you are checking out.

Do you take custom orders for monogramming? TOP

Yes I do! This is one of my specialties!
 
Just send an email and tell me what you have in mind and we can create a design just for you. You will need to send a .jpeg, a bmp or a scan of any artwork you want to use.
 
We can also create a new monogram to match an old one, such as on a vintage sheet set.

What is digitizing? TOP

Digitizing is the process in which the digitizer  takes your artwork, logo, drawing, etc. and turns it into a stitch file using embroidery related software. The fee for digitizing starts at $35 and goes up based on size and complexity. Once your design is created, it is kept on file so that you can use it on any future orders from Honeybee Designs.

Do you have other embroidery designs that I can add to my name or monogram? TOP
Yes, we have many designs. Design pages will be added, but in the meantime, email me and tell me what you are looking for. melissa@mmhoneybee.com

Can you do large orders, like for a Cheerleading squad or teachers? TOP
Yes, no problem! Send us an email!

Can you fix a monogram that needs to be changed? TOP

Well, yes and no. I often get requests to fix items that were monogrammed by another company - misspelled, too small, wrong color, or something that is handed down to a younger sibling with a different monogram.
 
Sometimes I can remove a monogram and remonogram in the same spot, but not usually because there is damage to the fabric.
 
I can apply an applique (fabric circle, oval or square) over the old monogram and remonogram the item. Sometimes the old monogram or name can be covered by ribbon and the new name monogrammed on top.
